good

Perfect room for solo traveller. Despite it is an old building the room was well maintained and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shibuya Crossing is 10min walk away and the area is really quiet. Lots of options for food in a walking distance in family neighborhood - you can’t tell that the touristy areas are just 10min walk away. The FamilyMart is next to the hotel, very convenient, plus it is the meeting point for lots of JDM cars. I would certainly return and I highly recommend this place.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Kindest staff ever. Clean rooms and great location. I’ll definitely be back next visit.

Very well maintained property and staff was very helpful/accomidating. Very short walk to Shibuya Crossing. Amazing hitel

Very convenient location, close to the Shibuya Station, and main tourist hub, but also on a quiet street. Ideally located right next to a Family Mart and Yoyogi Park to escape the busyness. Friendly staff, good room for the price and location. Would stay here again.

Great location between Yoyogi Park and Dhibuya scramble - east to walk to both, but the location is quiet which is nice. Right next door to a Family Mart konbini which is open 24 hours.

Nice hotel

Great location, kind staff, great value, a place I would come back to.

Very clean room, very nice staff. Even helped me out by holding onto my luggage when my flight home was hours in advance!

Hotel DOES NOT handle luggage forwarding. They will receive your luggage but will not forward it for you. There is a lawson's right next door, but it's a much different experience handling it through there. The hotel itself is old so you use physical keys that you have to hand to the staff every time you leave. I'm okay doing this with a ryokan, but it was quite annoying to have to do it here. WiFi is not stable and drops out often. Only a single water bottle given at checkin rather than 2 per room cleaning which I thought was an odd corner to cut. The room itself is spacious and the location is decent.
