Nice location and felt very safe. Window was left open when we arrived so there were several flies/mosquitos that we had to kill. Room was on the 5th floor so we had very bad wifi connection.

It looks like a prison. It was under major construction and smelled like paint. The staff was incredibly rude. I have never written a bad review, but avoid this at all costs. I had to leave my nephew there, but I rented a room at another hostel because there was no way I was staying there… The stairs were blocked off, major fire hazard. Avoid at all costs, The staff wouldn’t even call my nephew a taxi…

No and only two staff were courteous

Room was a disaster. Dirty beds, sheets "cleaned" but had a terrible odor, Mold in the shower, Broken lockers, Exposed wires from bed lamp, Unsanitary and unsafe living conditions. Someone was messing with my bag in the middle of the night.

The room and bathrooms were not clean and there is a lack of organization. I arrived and someone was in the bed they assigned to me, so I went to the front desk and they just said to take a bed that was free. Same situation with the lockers, and many of the lockers were broken. Staff comes in during the day and asks if people checked out or not waking everyone up. Since people are not in their assigned beds they do not know who is supposed to be there or not which seems like it can be a safety risk.

Is very small , don't have the room clean we have to way ... not security

Not a good experience they say they have A/C & when u get there they never tell u it’s broken & don’t resolve anything or apologize … they don’t even have a fan to offer u & it’s 100 degree weather & it smells bad

La habitacion tenia mal olor, los lockers o no abrian o estaban quebrados, no hay espacios entre las literas, ni nada qie las cubra para privacidad. Adicional a eso, me asignaron una cama y cuando regresé en la noche habia alguien mas alli, bajé a la recepcion y el chico me dijo que la gente se acuesta donde quiere que yo tenía que buscar otra cama. La verdad no recomiendo quedarse en este lugar
