スタッフの方々が親切で、設備も整っていたため、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。朝食も金目鯛や鮪など豪華な食材を堪能出来ました。

The room was spacious & elegantly furnished. The personal onsen was such a treat. Amenities were excellent. My only criticism was the fact that the towels were thin & the pillows small & hard but I do understand that’s my own personal preference. A small negative to a wonderful stay. The staff couldn’t have been more polite, friendly & helpful. They are the true asset for this establishment. We opted for half board. The food was beautifully presented, extremely generous & delicious. The actual site was cosy, nestled in a small village, in a valley surrounded by mountains. Such a peaceful retreat - a balm to one’s spirit.

部屋もきれいですし、スタッフの対応もとても親切で良かったです。 特に料理は、地元の食材をふんだんに使い、品数も豊富で、全て完食しました。大満足でした。 夕食だけでなく朝食も充実した食事でした。

夕食ならびに朝食を美味しくいただきました。 露天風呂が温いのが気になりましたが、全般的に満足でした。

美味しい料理と素晴らしい温泉を堪能しました。ちょっと設備的に古さは感じましたが、その分気の利いたサービスでカバーしてくれました。

館内も綺麗でスタッフの方もとても親切丁寧で泊まれて本当に良かったと思いました。 館内で飼われてるアヒル達が可愛過ぎてまた、来年までご飯あげに行きたいと思います笑

従業員の対応がとても丁寧で良かったです。 運転手さんに１つ、対向車の乱暴運転であわや衝突しそうな場面もありましたが我慢して到着した際に笑顔で対応していただいたことがポイントです。 他の従業員も子供たちに優しくホスピタリティーを感じました。ありがとうございました。

部屋、併設露天風呂は家族みんな満足してます。大浴場のお湯は優しく良かったです。 また、来たいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

The washlet bidet was not working. No change of room because of this issue. It is 15 minutes far which is hard to travel in Summer especially august. But otherwise, the stay and the people were pleasant. I loved the 温泉!

This is an onsen ryokan. A natural hot spring Japanese style inn. It is quiet and relaxing. If there is not an option for dinner when you book, contact the hotel directly (not Expedia). It is a must to participate in eating the multi course meal. Not only is it delicious, there is not much near by. Each night the menu changes, but it is a set menu. You will not be disappointed. Also, schedule your pick up at the train station.
