超讚 This hotel was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, the facilities were excellent, and everyone was very friendly and professional.
What impressed me the most was when my young son got injured during our stay. The hotel manager personally took him to the hospital late at night and made sure he received proper treatment. To our surprise, all the medical expenses were covered by the hotel at no cost to us. This level of care, kindness, and responsibility is something I have never experienced before.
We are extremely grateful for everything they did for our family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and genuine hospitality. We will definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

很好 The air conditioning was not working properly. I informed the staff about the issue, but unfortunately it was never fixed during my stay.

Had an awesome time at the W. The whole place is super modern and has a great vibe, but the staff really made the stay for me. Everyone was so friendly and actually went out of their way to help with whatever I needed. Definitely a solid choice if you're in Amman!
