The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there

The staff at the Shining Central Hotel & Spa are all extremely kind. They are very helpful and attentive. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well looked after. We used the spa service as well which was great. They make it feel like a home away from home!

Yes

Very attractive hotel with attentive, English-speaking staff, and clean rooms. Great location and good value overall.

Very nice kind and welcoming stuff

Thank you for your breakfast preparation, really appreciated

Very central location. The most friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. I had a hot stone massage at the spa; it was excellent and offered good value for the service.

Stayed just for 1 night but was very comfortable and the staff were fabulous. Located near the lake and the water puppet theatre so many sights were easily walkable.

Location of the hotel is good. Very central, and just a short walk to the lake. The hotel itself would benefit from a deep clean. Some staff were friendly and helpful, others looked disinterested (bar staff and guys on the door) Reception area was smart, however was greeted on our floor by ripped carpet outside the lift. The hotel room itself was okay, the bathroom appeared to have been separated from the sleeping area as an afterthought. A bit of tender loving care could make this hotel a decent 3 star hotel.

Staff wonderful, helpful and kind. Breakfast good. Room very large by Hanoi standards, and extremely comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!
