We checked in pretty late (11:30pm, but it's not a "late checkin" until after 2am). The check-in process was easy enough. Our room was clean but tiny with no external windows for sunlight. There was a little window looking into the hall, which we closed immediately. Who wants to lay in bed and have people in the hall look at you?! I had trouble falling asleep but I won't fault the hotel - It was quiet, AC worked just fine, TV and lights as well. We were awoken by a 6:30am wake-up call that we did not request, which interrupted the sleep we did get. At checkout, we mentioned the unwanted wake up call and staff said it was marked as requested...or maybe it was a prior guest, they weren't sure. Oh well. The rest of checkout was fine. The room served it's purpose and we left.

My wife and I stayed here for one night after a concert. For a budget hotel, we found the property to be clean and convenient. The breakfast is very basic, but adequate if you only want something small and quick. There is a diner on the corner, if you want something more substantial. The late night convenience stores in the neighborhood left something to be desired, but that’s what it is on the north side of the Convention Center after 11PM. Overall, the stay met all of our basic needs.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants, historic sites. Clean rooms. Breakfast included

Staff were attentive. Breakfast needed a little more work - hard boiled eggs were inedible. Overall though a pleasant quick stay with accessible via walking to multiple sites.
