What is tremendous value in the summer? Marco Island is a wonderful place to visit.
In the winter it is a different place altogether
Coming here in the summer and staying at this resort was wonderful and an amazing value

I don't have a lot to say about this property since the General Manager decided to call the cops on my fianacee' and I didn't know about the cleaning fee of $116.00! We tried to check into the hotel at 5:57 pm and the office was suppose to close at 6:00 pm. When we pull up our envelope was in the secured lock box. I received my envelope out of the box, checked into our room. The room overall is very nice but it went very sour the next day at 11:00 a.m. when we returned the hotel to use the restroom and I couldn't get into my room because the General Manager locked me out of our room because the cleaning fee hadn't been paid and we hadn't came to the office. Unfortunately, we were not on vacation like most people are that go there. We were on a 2 day business trip to visit customers for the first time in this new posiiton. The office didn't open until 8:00 a.m. and we left at 7:40 a.m for our first customer visit. I also sent a text to the number that sent me text the night before and no reply. When I sent to office to get my card keyed again, the GM told me I had to pay the CLEANING FEE before he would release the room back to me! I told him we didn't see this on the paperwork and he said you are not getting back into your room until you pay it!
We ask him if he could work with us and he said NO! He decided to call the local police for trespassing! Can you believer this one? We thought we were going to jail on a business trip! There is more, no room to type

Nice location. Room was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Oz was great. Price for a week's stay is unbeatable. If your looking for a Marco bargain, you should consider this. I would stay again.

Read the fine print - you only have a 2 hour window to check in from 4-6 PM. The office is only open from 8 AM-6PM. and there is a $116 cleaning fee, but the place is beautiful and the room is large with a great layout. Shopping, restaurants and live music all next door.

The suite that we had was like a large 2 bedroom apartment! We took full advantage of the screened in deck and the pool area. I had the opportunity to interact with the main office staff twice during my stay and both times each of them were super polite, friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed. I would definitely stay there again!
