很好 Nice hotel but a bit dated. Be careful of room descriptions: some rooms show capacity of 4 persons but only one bed! Convenient to airport but far from downtown/historical sites.

This Eastin does not deserve to be in the same family of hotels that are fabulous in Thailand. The general manager of this hotel could benefit greatly from a course in customer service and how to properly manage a customer crisis.

I had a wonderful stay at Eastin Grand Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm, friendly, and professional service. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and always willing to help with a smile, making my stay comfortable and stress-free.
The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options that were fresh and beautifully prepared. Every meal exceeded my expectations.
The combination of exceptional hospitality, attentive service, and outstanding dining made this a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend Eastin Grand Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with top-notch service, and I would gladly return on my next visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
