超讚 I love this place it’s the best riu in Cancun caribe is next door so it’s like having two resorts at your leisure, the parties are lit, food is amazing honestly the beach consistently cleaned. I read reviews and thought they were alarming but now I know that this Riu is a must you can bring the family or just go with the boys!

還好 We booked for Ocean Front paid extra. Not only we didn’t get this hotel but was transferred to other hotel. We went to their sister hotel. Gave us crappy rooms and hotel was blaming Expedia

很好 I have said at a few different RIU's in Cabo and Cancun. I hate to say this was not one of the better ones. Very old, the rooms were old. The elevator was terrible. Always waiting sometimes over 10 minute wait Took the stairs one tiime along with several other quest. Location going down the beach was rocky had no place to sit near the water. The ocean was after all the huge rocks. Other resorts down the beach were beautiful and clean. The Riu in Cabo was so much better.

I had a great time on this trip. I was traveling with friends and family and everyone had a great time. The hotel was shutting down for a remodel 2 days after we left, but they were operating at peak efficiency. There was no degradation in service or amenities. I have stayed at several Riu properties and the brand has consistently met or exceeded my expectations
