(Airport Hotel, Billund)

The hotel is a short walk from the airport, making it very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel room was clean and quiet. The only negative is the current construction project to update the hotel. Getting to the hotel took a little longer than in the past.

It's a little disappointing when you've been traveling a long time and you arrive at hotel three staff are just stood there chatting amongst themselves where there are a dozen customers wanting to check in and they are told they have to do the auto check-in or self check-in if the Q started to grow and grow as it did you should get some of the staff stepping and say hey let me check you in and the process would have been a lot quicker and we could have all got to our rooms in a timely manner

The property was convenient to our neds

Clean Hotel, Good Breakfast, Short walk to Airport , free shuttle to Billund Town Centre

Everything was good as it should be, but the room was very very small, the tv on the wall is in a dangerous position. My wife bend down and when she raised back up her face hit the tv with sharp edges.

Everything was perfect. We will come back

All good, but a little messy with the construction work outside.
