很好 The room was clean. The hotel was understaffed. The breakfast was expensive and they had one person working the entire restaurant area. Parking was also expensive. Overall it was fine, but they charge you for everything so it could have been better.

The staff was not nice or friendly unless the GM was standing at the desk. No one ever greeted us, besides the GM the one time he was standing up there. Anytime we ask questions or tried to check out drinks, the staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience and made it clear we were bothering their work day. The facility itself was nice. Pool was not nice, hot tub wasn't working either. So much for Savannah being the "Home of Southern Hospitality". We have yet to find that in Savannah.
