超讚 Room was good and clean. I thought we were getting 2 queens but the 2 doubles were small for 2 people. The room was comfortable. The staff was great and breakfast was great.

The breakfast had a wide selection, including an omelette station (prepared for you). The room and property were very clean.

The pool wasn’t clean. We had to request that the pool be cleaned. There was some sort of traveling sports team at the hotel. The kids were screaming, play fighting, pressing all the buttons on the elevator, running around…it was awful.

The staff went above and beyond in so many instances. It’s the only place I’ll stay if I’m back in Tampa.

Everything was on point at hotel. Nice happy hour in the evening. Really unexpected wonderful breakfast with real juice and fresh fruit and I should mention two omelette stations! All over the top exceeded my expectations.

Normally check in is at 4:00pm, we arrived at 9:30am and just asked if they could hold our bags for us?
The lady checking us in immediately found an open room and checked us in immediately! We were in a room by 9:45am! Thank you!

很好家人同行 · 親友出遊
The staff in all areas are professional and attentive. The rooms are very spacious. The rooms and bathroom do need to be updated and some wallpaper removed/replaced. But the housekeeping staff kept the facility clean. The beds were comfortable.
