I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the property itself was charming, comfortable, and full of character. What made the biggest impression was the outstanding service. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I felt well taken care of from check-in to departure. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location and quite a good breakfast , could have been a few more choices. The plumbing in the Room needs attention , it seems most of Europe has poor plumbing , slow drains , toilets that do not flush well. Nice clean room and really helpful staff.

A beautiful hotel in s great location. They are doing some renovations on the ground floor but it doesn’t affect the great ambience of the hotel.

Lovely staff - very helpful. Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning. Comfy bed. Some renovations going on - not noisy but meant there was no restaurant at that time.

Staff friendly and accommodating. We were placed in an accessible room, which we did not need. Maybe a communication issue between us. However, we would stay there again. Renovation happening, but presented no problem. Again very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was beautiful. Bed and linens were comfortable. Buffet breakfast was amazing offering many choices of the local cuisine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located centrally, it was an easy walk to dinner and lots of shopping

This did not feel like a five-star hotel—barely four stars, in my opinion. The location and cleanliness were excellent, and breakfast offered good options with friendly service. Our junior suite was spacious, but the other rooms were surprisingly small for Lyon. The weak air-conditioning could not cool the rooms properly, and the common areas were average, with a tiny lobby. The check-in process was mediocre, and the front desk service was below average. Overall, the hotel’s facilities and service did not meet five-star expectations.

The room was very nice, but run down. we had a garden view. There was no garden and the windows were blacked out, it was claustrophobic. It was 39 degrees outside. The air conditioner did not keep room cool. The breakfast room amd lounge were beautiful.

Great staff

This small hotel is well located within walking of old city and great restaurants. Junior suite in tower was beautiful. First class in all respects. Fantastic breakfast. Very helpful staff that provided over the top service. Highly recommended.
