Yes it's expensive but that's the convenience fee. We're with young kids and had an 8am flight so staying off site would mean awaking at 5a. Hence the convenience fee.
The hotel is pretty dang big but so is that massive airport. It was clean and modern. Reminds me of the hospital in the movie Click.
Room was clean spacious for our family. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Shoutout Sekran! Check in and out was smooth.

We didn’t realise that check in is not until 8pm (!). It was probably in the small print but we didn’t think to check this - we assumed it would be around 2-4pm.
We booked this hotel for a quick stopover as leaving early (5.50am) following day.
For this reason, I didn’t feel we got good value for our money as it’s not cheap.
The common corridors are not clean with stained carpets.
No tea/coffee in room.
Would not stay here again.

Dislikes: extremely small room with no shelf to put any personal items, shared shower and toilet. It cost me over $350. Way overpriced.

We reserved this hotel for a few hours during our transit on the same day - less than one hour after we realized our flight is delayed and they don’t let us get into the transit saloon and we have to wait until the place arrives - we asked them to cancel and refund our hotel because we had no access so we could get one room on the land side to rest -they refused to do that even though they knew our flight is delayed and we have no access to the location of the hotel in transit saloon - they also did not help with transitioning our reservation to the land side … Very poor customer service, all about money and rubbing you.
