Room very clean, staff approachable and smiling

Front desk staff are really welcoming, polite and smiling

Overall, a really pleasant stay. We had an issue with our rooms, but the staff sorted us into new rooms. Breakfast was reasonable, and the amenities around the hotel were great.

.

Disaster. We chose this hotel because it had good reviews. But the real situation is completely different. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the bathtub leaked in two places and when you took a shower half of the bathroim was flooded, the windows haven't been cleaned for a while and you can't even see the building 5 meters away... and the worst thing was that loud music was played every night until 2 am. If you want to sleep, choose another hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is very close to the metro.

Room cleaning goods

The stay was amazing , rooms were clean but both bed room and bath room was bit small and cramped. Need more space. Bed and linen were super clean

We had such a wonderful customer service experience at the Swiss Belinn hotel in Doha. We arrived on a flight at 7:45 am and arrived to the hotel by 8:45 am - we were told that we wouldn’t be able to get our three rooms

Perfect

It was clean and quiet and the staff were so kind
