Dirty room (filthy carpet), no bfast in the am, short staffed, long check in (even though it was not a long line), frazzled employees ($325 a night too)

Beautiful spot! Nice room. Not the cleanest but not bad. Also the rooms don’t have thick walls so people above you when they walk can be noisy when they walk. But I’m nitpicking. Good price!

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious, spacious enough for 4 adults and 1 kid

Service

The location was fine. The room was very small for 2 people. The one sitting chair was old well used and not clean. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more that one night.

The property was fine. Seemed clean enough. The employee working the front desk when we arrived was the embodiment of “I hate my job”. The breakfast was absolutely awful.

No towels in room, must ask

We liked the hot tub and the patio.

Check in went well, staff friendly. Mattress was very comfortable. Carpet in room and common area not very clean, bathroom shower grout had black mildew. Complimentary Tea and coffee in the lobby was not refreshed in the evening, no staff answering phone at desk.

Great stay on the way out of Yellowstone! Super clean & convenient. This is right by restaurants & anything else you’ll need
