This hotel is horrible! The staff were friendly. The air conditioning in the room is awful. You have to beg for clean towels and toilet tissue. The buffet breakfast disappeared after the 2nd day of our 20 day stay. It was replaced with cold eggs, soggy cold French fries and hot dogs. De Baron resort is much nicer and about the same price. I will stay there next time! This hotel is filthy and in severe disrepair.

Friendly Staff at the reception and cleanliness

Room amenities were poor: no toiletries, other than a 2-in-1 shower liquid, and no tissue/toilet roll on my first night. Furniture was old and worn: bed sank, pillow too soft (charges for extra pillows), chair broken, air conditioner noisy, iron had burnt residues, and ironing board so torn like it just returned from the battlefield. Breakfast was average.

No toothpaste and if you want extra bed sheet you have pay fee. Toilet paper not restocked and no shampoo

If you are looking for a one or two cheap night accomodation around kuah town then can be acceptable. Room carpet smelly, toilet smelly, the room wasn't dusted since long time and the bed too. The TV for the few local channels available barely can see the images. Breakfast very poor also for local peoples, staff are rarely seen around when they are not busy with handphone job. For the 3 nights stay we had the room wasn't cleaned once, only replace new bath towels. Have to say that the aircon was good and not too noisy ;)

Had a very comfortable stay. Enjoyed the breakfast and ease of nearby public transportation

Pretty far from everything. Otherwise, it's ok.

So far great stay but for better improvement need more improve for amenities
