Hotel is fine, the location is convenient with direct terminal access and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant wasn’t the greatest but that’s not to be expected at an airport hotel?

Feels more like a motel. There were also some loud noises until late in the night. Like explosions. Hard to fall asleep

I made a reservation for “Superior Deluxe King” room. When I checked in, I was not told that that was not what they were giving me, they just gave ma the key to the room. Instead, I got a room with an ugly view, two beds, a shower with a shower head clogged, a hair dryer broken, the air conditioner only put out cold air, the heater did not work. So I had to turn the air conditioner off. I was very disappointed!!!

The staff

Muy atentos y serviciales. Habitacion muy limpia y en buenas condiciones.

Very handy hotel for an early international departure because it can be reached via a walkway. Nice bathroom. If you order a Club room on the 8th floor, it comes with burger, tacos or club sandwiche and drinks, and breakfast but I had to leave too early to have the latter. The staff were very friendly in the dinner room on the 8th floor. There is a lack of porters on the ground floor.
