超讚 The room was very comfortable, and big for a downtown hotel. Bathroom spacious. Staff exceptionally nice, willing to accommodate and eager to help. Location is very convenient with plenty brunch places restaurants shops and pharmacies
I will probably stay here again in my next trip to Chicago.

不錯 Definitely a great and central location with the major amenities. The pool is indoor and really small but clean. Breakfast is complimentary per registered guest and overall was good. They kind of switched it up every day.
When it comes to service, I HAVE to shout out Melody and Mercy for being so kind and helpful.
The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy.

很好 Place was fine. It was clean and tidy. Bed was big and comfy but pull out couch was on the smaller side, there’s no way 2 people would have fit there, luckily our party was just 3. Service could have been a little better. It took 2 requests to get the sheets for the pullout and more than one call to get an answer to a question. Other than that it was fine. Good location

Everyone was very friendly and the view was amazing! We loved the blackout shades. We thought the bed could have been a little more comfortable.
