It was overall a really good place to stay, there's a washing machine and the only way to dry clothes is with some dryer integrated into the shower, it takes a while, other than that it was great.

Very clean, staff spoke english and were very helpful throughout my stay. Very communicative even before arrival.

The room was really clean. There were beds for all 4 of us which was great! The air conditioner worked really well. The place was quiet. It isn’t close by any train stations, but walkable to bus stations. So we had to learn to use the bus system. It was really close to shopping and was in a great part of town that had everything we needed. The washer and how to dry the clothes were so easy and written out. We appreciated that so much. They even left us detergent to use while we were there.

Great location. Very flexible check in options. We arrived after 6pm and the hotel staff gave us instructions on self check in. It is excellent value for the cost versus what you get. It’s very good. Great luggage forwarding option.

Accessibility to laundry was great!

Beautiful clean and quiet room. Easy communication with host.

This was my favorite spot to stay in compared to all the other places in Japan. I loved it very much

Great staff. budget accommodations . Loved the small town vibe. Some temples close by. Walkable not central.

A little far from train stations. Otherwise, it met our needs. Super clean. Loved having laundry in the unit. No coins to worry about.

Ben’s Guesthouse is a wonderful place to stay for the budget minded traveller. It’s clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
