The room had wonderful city view day and night!

Great location, beautiful views, room very spacious, clean with great amenities, and very friendly and helpful staff.

We had bugs in the bed and we got a call at 3am in the morning from reception asking us if we were okay and when we asked why they were calling. They did not give us a clear answer.

Extremely friendly and ready to help. The room was exceptionally clean and prepared. Requested to add a night and staff at the front desk assisted me to add through Expedia. They checked me in right away. We rented a car and they valeted the car to the parking structure for us and brought our luggage to the room. The rooms have spectacular views as does the restaurant, bar and lounge areas. I highly recommend this hotel!

very clean hotel, staft is great. outside entrance not to good, but I understand that is out of hotel control.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful-well worth the cost

We had a very pleasant stay at Eurostar Torres. The room was excellent with a really nice bathroom. The view from out room was exceptional. The hotel also has a rooftop bar which has amazing views. I would definitely go back next time in Seville.

The views are beautiful, but unfortunately the overall experience didn’t match the setting. The staff came across as neither particularly friendly nor professional, which made the stay feel less welcoming. The hotel itself is large and modern, but it lacks character and warmth, giving it a somewhat impersonal atmosphere

I like the design of the room, it felt cosy. I appreciated the big bathroom and the separate shower and toilet. The views are amazing. What disappointed me was the quality of the mattress, you could feel the springs and it was for me, uncomfortable. I was also surprised by the amount of bright, led lights from the TV, the light switches, the telephone had 3 very red lights - they were lightning up the room during the night. We had to unplug the tv and the phone, cover up some of the switches so we can sleep better.

We were very excited to arrive only to find a room full of dust and outdated amenities for such a modern looking structure. The HVAC/ac system must have filters that have never been changed since the hotel opened. You clean any surface and within seconds it’s full of dust. I became very ill due to the lack of well filtered ventilation reasoning for my leaving the hotel early. I also now have a rash on my face and my mother on her legs. The phone was so dirty upon arrival we asked reception if it can be cleaned and no one ever came. We had to wipe everything down ourselves. Very disappointing stay and the team didn’t seem empathetic or cared to do anything to help. Would not stay there again.
