Breakfast was great in the morning.

Lovely place in a great location on a quiet canal. Staff really nice and helpful ( umbrella loan, booking taxi to airport). Rooms clean and very quiet- with almost too cold ac, which was great because it was so hot that week. Bar a great bonus, excellent drinks and service, really relaxing to sit outside by the canal after a long day.

Very clean and well maintained. Central location appreciated. Breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row. We love this location and we get a room with canal views, so for the price it's good. The front desk was less than helpful, especially on our arrival as our flight was delayed. Absolutely no help with transportation or trying to get something to eat. After long delays and late arrival, we just wanted a drink and maybe something to nibble on....as we looked on to the full bar 5' from the front desk. He said sorry no can do!!!! Whatever.....there is another hotel La Calcina well try next time, it's close.

It was overall a great place to stay. If we had to nit pick our only criticism's were the following. Italy has such great coffee and the coffee served at breakfast was below average.

We love the location, it’s close enough to what we want to see, but in a quieter area. Could use some bathroom updates, the shower is too small. The staff was not helpful, especially in the evening. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight. I had let the hotel know, but they offered little info or help arriving that late. We arrived tired and hungry and the person at the front desk wouldn’t even let us get a drink. Could not advise on dinner or any food ideas or anything else.

They lent us an umbrella for the rain and helped us plan our early departure

Wonderful staff and hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Great location in a lovely area of Venice - not far from main sights but quiet and pretty street - less than five minutes from a range of bars and restaurants by the water. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and air conditioning very effective. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
