The place was very outdated, but it was clean. I think that it was clear and a lot of the reviews that you shouldn’t expect much. So maybe that’s why for us. It was OK. The staff was friendly. The view is so pretty from our room. We had a balcony on the bottom floor, and you can see the ducks swimming in the water (to be clear, not the pool that some previous reviewer was claiming). The pool was clean, but cold. If you plan to use the kitchen – the kitchen, where is something like a cutthroat kitchen. We would have to travel with your own cleaner, dish, soap, etc. It was an affordable stay. The breakfast was not what I would even consider cotton until. There was toast, and a few prepackaged pastries cereal was not a kid, friendly cereal. There was a juice that was more like “Tang”. Again, not a five star hotel, but friendly, and as clean as something outdated could be. Super important to note there are only two prong outlets in the room with exception of the kitchen. So if you plan to stay there, bring adapter for your laptop.

Yes for kitchen. Didn’t have car.

Older hotel apartments. Like walking in to your grandparents place. Pretty used and will have to be updated. All was functional but worn out Nice location and easy walk to the beach and grocery stores

A dump.

Did not feel safe. The family of 8 living on grounds kept me up all night yelling until they all went to bed at 3 am. Why are there families living there again? I baracaded the door with furniture. Yikes. I would NEVER take my family here under any circumstances as I’d fear for their safety - and this is coming from someone that’s been to prison. The cells in prison are cleaner than this place. The orange velvet couches and faded paint remind me of old photo albums that are dusty and faded Polaroids. The creeks from the flooring could wake the entire neighborhood. As the kids say, this place was ‘sketchy’. The management is horrible and to think I was going to host a company meeting here with hotel bookings would have gotten me fired. This taught me to never rely on just the photos to make the decision. I should have just slept in my car.

I loved and been here first time stay at Coral Reef November 2016. Changed in some ways but not much.

They need to invest in: new carpeting, table and chair sets, a carpet shampooed, taller toilets, and desk chairs.

Parking was easy. Super convenient and close to things and it was nice to have an actual kitchen. Anytime I saw the staff and had a question they were very nice and helpful

Stair steps dirty, room carpet is old and dirty. Furniture dated

The place is older but with your own personal balcony over the water the view was beautiful. What was not okay was that they advertised having a gym and did not and when the tv didn’t work they wouldn’t switch it out, they said we could switch rooms but it was past 9:30 and we were otherwise settled in for the night and the pool was not open. Breakfast was very basic.
