we have been staying at this hotel for a second time. The rooms are clean , the breakfast is very good , the staff is very helpful and nice.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is directly across the street from the tram stop. The place is a little dated, but it’s fine.

The staff is fantastic: friendly and very polite. The rooms are spacious, featuring a lobby and a seating area. The breakfast is the best I've had so far at all the hotels I've visited during my German road trip. Definitely, I will be back here, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is brilliant - friendly, helpful staff, really comfy room, super breakfast included and really good price. Brilliantly located for the U-bahn to get you everywhere you want or need to go and within walking distance of the centre of town, river Neckar etc.

Older hotel with renovated rooms I visited in summer and unfortunately there was no air conditioning.

Staff was AMAZING, hotel was cute, rooms were nice & clean.

It is definitely an acquired taste. It feels like a hotel from the 70s (sunken living space, tacky floral pillows) -- I liked it, but it's not for everyone. The customer service was good, but there is limited parking.
