Clean room , great staff , perfect for family, fantastic location. However not a comfortable mattress or sofa bed.

Our stay was excellent. The room was very large, extremely clean, and well organized. Breakfast was a very nice experience as well. We highly recommend this Hilton hotel to everyone. The location is perfect — close to everything important in Ottawa.

I sensed a dog odor as soon as I entered the room on the 15th floor. It was a rainy day and that didn't help with the room humidity and whatever sits in the carpet. The bed linens were worn. Pillows flaccid. Torn window treatment. Cheap lamps...shades tilted every which way. Black mold visible in the air conditioner vent. Bathroom was acceptably clean. Nice artwork. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT that Fox News was not available on the television. CNN, ABC and CBS were. Obviously a political statement. No seating in the dining area for the free breakfast. Tablecloths were full of crumbs. Really disappointed in Hilton. An American company. We will not stay at another Hilton hotel. Marriott wins leaps and bounds over HIlton.

Great location downtown Ottawa, easy to access places within walking distance. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Tulip Lounge is a decent option for dining.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il est possible de se rendre dans plusieurs musées à pied. La piscine est un gros plus pour les enfants. Le personnel était rès attentionné.

Great location. Sneaky good restaurant. Nice pool and friendly staff.

I’d give full points for the room's cleanliness and functionality. The staff members were also incredibly helpful and truly did their best. However, the breakfast was terrible. The breakfast area was tiny and cramped, and we had to wait 10 minutes for a table. The service was definitely not up to the Hilton standard. the sticky spills on the floor were honestly nauseating. Breakfast gets a zero from me. On top of that, the pool wasn't clean; my daughter broke out in red allergic hives on her stomach after swimming. If you only care about a nice room and friendly staff, you can choose this place, but skip the breakfast and the pool.

Clean room, big screen TV, good breakfast

Tout s’est bien passé, le buffet déjeuner faisait l’affaire, les chambres étaient propres, nous avons trouvé très pratique les espaces cuisine. Il nous manquait de serviettes et nous sommes descendus à la réception tard le soir pour en chercher, et le problème a été résolu rapidement.
