Great day at the hotel. It's really out a perfect location. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean.

Rooms are very small, even luxury and executive rooms. No telephone. No ironing board. Not suitable for corporates that require the above

In general, not so good because of so many reasons like TV wasn't working, didn't have any house keeping, Internet wasn't great, the restaurant menu wasn't great, there was no phone to ring the reception, the room was too small, if any issues happen I have to go to reception by myself no other way to contact them etc., over all I can say it wasn't great.

Breakfast was great me and my brother's enjoyed 😉 Kyle N

Great location with easy access to Mandela Square. Excellent staff - friendly and accommodating. Comfy bed (If a little squeaky). Good breakfast. I wish the temperature control was more straightforward - my room stayed freeing cold.

Clean and polite staff. Excellent location

The Hotel is conveniently located right at the mall. Rooms are well-kept, breakfast was decent. The staff was perfect.

Incredible hotel so well placed in area you feel safe and connected to the city

Nice breakfast and great bed. Not much in the room though. We were missing a mug, or fridge and so on.

Hotel muito bem localizado, a 2 minutos caminhando da Mandela Square. Dormida boa, cama confortável e itens de café que são servidos no quarto.
