Perfect Stay!

Modern layout, close to bus stops, metro stations, mall, food places

Our stay was very pleasant. Location is great, the room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The icing on the top was the amazing staff that went out of their way to surprise our daughter with a birthday cake and a song. Thank you so, so much!

Air conditioning doesn’t work and staff doesn’t know how to fix it, apparently they are saving energy reducing the AC, breakfast is very expensive compare to locations around

This is my third time staying at the Evolution Saldanha, and two issues got them a 4 star instead of 5 star rating this time. 1. I was staying with my 11 yo son, and we got one big bed instead of two beds. I should not need to ask to get two beds on a booking with an adult and a minor. 2. My Platinum VIP status gets me a free bottle of wine. I didn't receive it. Otherwise, great! I was only there for one night, and was too tired to complain about either issue. It won't stop my from staying again.

I stay very often at this hotel, very clean, pleasant and convenient.

Very cool Hotel and amazing Staff.

This wonderfully-located hotel made for a great stay. The place is about 10 meters from the nearest metro station (the line from the airport!), along a major shopping and restaurant street. I arrived very early in the morning to leave my bags, and they happened to have a room available and offered to check me in right away. They offer fine amenities. The only thing I'd recommend is, if you're sensitive to street noise, check the position of your room. Some are quieter than others, depending on their floor and the street they're facing.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The only issue we had was the AC. We could not get it to be cooler than 22 (even with TV controls and wall control) which was frustrating but other than that, excellent hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we return.
