The room was a little dated and we had to get the team to sort out our thermostat in the bathroom. They were super quick to fix. In room water bottles were not given and did not exist at the hotel. Breakfast was good and had a great spread for everyone. Glen activities is a must if you have children. The offroad car experience and mini golf was great for my 4 year old. The pool was good and great temperature. Overall good stay but not sure why there was no water in the rooms.

Had a brilliant time with my husband and absolutely loved seeing the newly renovated Crieff Hydro, it’s absolutely beautiful. We were there child-free celebrating our 10-year anniversary, so it felt extra special. The meals and breakfasts were outstanding and really made the stay even more enjoyable. Our only frustrating moment was when we tried to have a drink in the adult bar. Unfortunately, there appeared to be only one member of staff on. We sat down for around 15 minutes without any acknowledgment or update that we couldn’t be served, and eventually ended up going to the other bar instead. Such a shame, as we were really looking forward to enjoying that part of the experience. Overall though, we had a lovely stay.

Our experience was between good and excellent. Cannot really find any fault with hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the food was excellent.

Fantastic experience staying at the Crieff Hydro with my fiance. Rooms were gorgeous and plenty of things to do. Staff were all lovely. We will definitely be back!

The hotel staff were amazing and a delight to natter with when they had time to chat back with you

First time staying at the Crieff Hydro, and we'll definitely be back again. All the staff not just reception but all over the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful and took an interest in what you were doing and where you were from etc, very chatty. The Meikle restaurant is very nice and the menu although not expansive, has a good choice, especially the French onion soup, which is delicious. The overall look of the reception area and garden room is lovely and plenty of nice seating areas all around, our room was very spacious and comfortable, and although no air conditioning, they provided a very good upright fan, as only one of the windows opened very slightly. If you're looking to get your steps up, the room we were in was at the end of two very long corridors, there is a lift, but it only gets you halfway there, we were in room 179. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay, just what the doctor ordered.

Unfortunately due to a outbreak of norovirus within the hotel we had to cut our break short. And my daughter has caught it also 😞. Up until then we were all having a lovely time.

Comfortable cabin but interior / decor dated. Breakfast area cramped and busy, especially where getting your food, but comfortable seating and lovely views depending on where seated. Evening meal was tasty, however staff not very attentive and forgetful with order details. Children’s entertainment was great with lots of activities to choose from.

Room we had was getting a bit tired Drawer units were showing signs of wear on the edges. Both chairs were threadbare on arms and along the top of the back. Bathroom sink had 6 inch curved crack in it Room number 69
