Excellent Friendly caring awesome staff Pampered us so much and we had a really wonderful time here visiting Jaipur Unbelievable hospitality and if we ever visit Rajasthan again, stay has to be at ITC. Awesome staff Sudhir/Saurav/Gyan and so many others I forgot the names (sorry)

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at ITC Rajputana. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were courteous throughout my stay. However, my experience was spoiled at the very end. During check-in, I was handed a complimentary airport card, which led me to believe that the airport transfer was complimentary. But at check-out, the receptionist informed me that only the flight information service was complimentary—not the cab to the airport. This was confusing and poorly communicated. It was disappointing to end an otherwise excellent stay on such a note. I wasn’t expecting this kind of miscommunication from ITC. A premium hotel should ensure that complimentary services are explained clearly to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary disappointment.…

This is an amazing hotel. Staff are attentive. Will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, a true sanctuary from the bustle of Jaipur. Great breakfast buffet that caters to Westerners while allowing them to sample lots of local fare!

Room and staff were great but the food was terrible in 2 of their flagship restaurants

Clean hotel and good amenities But the entrance is pretty confusing Had asked for decor for a special occasion but was given a few balloons in the room, which was lil embarrassing

Check in was quite slow and staff weren’t great. But everything else about the hotel was great. Breakfast staff wete fantastic

Clean room Great staff Ojas and Puran were excellent

Nice and relaxing stay

5 stars on all accounts. Very attentive lovely and caring staff that went out of their way to make our stay wonderful and comfortable. They personalised pillow for our 2 year old daughter. Very hospitable staff who are well experienced. Very neat clean hotel and room service was done twice daily, really didn’t want to leave and will most definitely be back here if we are ever to visit Jaipur again. Spa was incredible, between the hours of 1-4pm it’s 50% off the spa menu. We book it two days consecutively!
