This is such a brilliant hotel - the views are spectacular - staff super friendly!

Great location but parking is far away. Drop off is 30 min max. And don’t forget the steps with luggage to get to and from room. Location is fantastic! Super clean and breakfast is quite complete.

The staff were very friendly the location a blast and the city a dream.

Excellent location in Siena. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good, gals working the cafeteria were wonderful. Room was adequate- bed was firm, view of basilica from our room was incredible. Bathroom was small, but that seems typical for older authentic hotels. Highly recommend!

Perfect location in the city center, with one of the best views of the city (available in premium rooms only). Rooms are basic, breakfast is decent, optimal value for money. Certainly recommended! It's just inside the pedestrian area (ZTL), so you can arrange limited-time parking (30min) with the hotel to leave your luggages, just in front of Pizzeria Pomodorino. For daily parking, go to Parcheggio Stadio (26€/day), located 250m away from the hotel

Location is great. Breakfast fine but not above basic. Didn’t realize that this was a one star property. Once that is factored in, completely meets expectations, maybe even exceeds. We hit Siena at a tough time. Cold and wet. Room was not a cozy refuge. But on a budget and looking close to everything an adequate option. Not a date night choice! :)

Really great location, with beautful views. Breakfast was basic, which I expected for the price. The walls have no soundproofing and you can heard e v e r y t h i n g through them - not great. Staff were helpful. Would stay again if it wasn't for the paperthin walls.

The breakfast menu was fresh and big variety Came by public transport so cant comment on the parking situation

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. However, the walls were quite thin, and I could clearly hear neighbours talking as well as toilets flushing, which made it difficult to relax. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. I raised this issue with the staff, but I was told that moving to a different room would incur an additional charge. Given the inconvenience, it would have been appreciated if an alternative room had been offered as a gesture of goodwill. As I was only staying for two nights, I decided not to pursue the matter further.

Rooms are pretty basic but location is amazing, right bang in the centre of the old town, all sights are within walkable distance. Breakfast was decent but was quite limited on the second day we were there with a lot of the hot items not being restocked
