The hotel location is at walking distance to most tourist attractions. The front desk staff is superb (Ani, Mateo, Alex). They are attentive, pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their guests.

還好 This was the worst hotel ever.. have no clue how it’s rated high… pretty sure it’s paid reviews. The young girl reception was nice but besides the location the place was falling apart… the floors are not even straight we upgraded to different room was freezing n the heater did not work. The washroom was disgusting n moldy the toilet sink was broken kept coming off. Please save yourself the trouble n stay away…
