Good breakfast

Westin Ubud is a large and beautiful hotel. However, their breakfast buffet lacks taste and has fewer options. It’s not even close to the variety and quality offered at Westin Nusa Dua. Overall, it was still a good experience.

We were a family of 4 and had booked one BR suite, but were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the Villa with private pool. The staff were very pleasant and always happy to help. The villa was large and well maintained. The outdoor pool both at the villa and the property were clean and well managed. The views from the bar at the lobby level, infinity pool and the room were all stunning. Overall a great stay. Will come back to the hotel whenever I return to Ubud

C'est parfait! Une petite chose est difficile et c'est partout en Indonésie . Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix pour les intolérance aux produits laitiers.

I

Infinity pool looking out to jungle was so serene and peaceful.

I recently stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, and it was a fantastic experience—especially for a first trip to Bali. Since it was my first time visiting, I chose Westin for the comfort and reliability, and it definitely delivered. The property is beautiful, and the location in Ubud is peaceful and scenic. The infinity pool is stunning, and one of my favorite parts of the stay was the food—especially the healthy options and their ginger shots, which I absolutely loved. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I had to request a room change on the first day, and they handled it immediately and smoothly, which I really appreciated. One small note—the hotel is listed as walking distance to some places on Expedia, but in reality, you’ll likely need transportation. That said, everything is still relatively close and easy to reach. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and wellness-focused place in Ubud, I would highly recommend The Westin.

A lovely stay overall. Staff was kind and the room was large. Had an enjoyable stay.

Great experience

This was our second stay at this property and it always delivers! Great staff, nice rooms, and overall experience.
