Extremely friendly staff (even by German standards), nothing was a problem. Very convenient location for the HBF (main station) - it is directly opposite, however this also means that it is rather noisy at night and attracts all kinds of lowlife.

Clean room and amenities

The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff was very kind and I had a great rest as the bed was really, really comfy

Hotel is on a perfect location with easy access and loads of food/drink options around. Pros: Breakfast, location, spacious room Cons: Bartender (old tall man) from the hotel bar was extremely rude and shouting at guests once he couldn't handle couple of drink orders. Really shocking behavior and apparently he is well known for it as we did feedback that on the check-out and got told by the reception that "he can sometimes be like that"

great place for holidays

Once inside the property was pretty nice overall. Outside has the same issues many central location have with a large number of street people. I did not hear any street noise from my 4th floor room. The breakfast was excellent in the morning.

Nice rooms with lots of space but poor accessibility for parking which was a multi storey a short walk down the street
