Lovely hotel. Issue with remote for tv not working which took a while to sort. Overall very nice hotel

This little gem was fabulous - the location (very close to Baker Street tube), staff and room were exceptional. Be careful because there is no lift and stairs are a bit steep. A special shout out to Alex, for her cheery attitude and general helpfulness. Thank you so much.

Good location, staff helpful, clean accommodation & comfortable bed.. shower pressure good ( shower door less so)..air conditioning could do with updating, however room stayed cool.

Perfect and delightful for a solo female traveler. Great location near to cafes and restaurants; welcoming and helpful staff; delicious breakfast and cute lobbybar. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved the in room coffee option and treats, and having air conditioning was especially welcome as I visited during the May heat wave. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fabulous stay, great location and so helpful lovely staff. The lady on reception (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name she had glasses) she was so nice, we could have stayed to chat with her all day! We will be back ❤️

Clean room and friendly staff. We went during a heat wave and they had the foresight to but the Aircon on before we got into the room which was lovely to have after walking hours in that heat.

We had a lovely stay at Montagu Place Hotel. We appreciated the Nespresso machine for our first cup of coffee each morning and then going downstairs for a second cup and a lovely breakfast with delightful pastries and some choices made to order. Staff were very helpful, the location was great, the room was beautiful. I loved the colors of both the room we stayed in as well as the palette chosen throughout. Lucious!!

Convenient location yet quiet (for London). No elevator but staff was very helpful carrying my bag up to my third floor room. Staff also call a taxi for me when I left to go to Paddington station. Will stay here again next time I’m in London

I’m not sure how a hotel with no elevator can be rated four stars. Do not stay here if you have any mobility issues. Or heavy luggage. Breakfast was mediocre. Service staff (especially evening reception) surly and completely unfriendly. We won’t be staying here again.
