Very good location, beautiful lakefront setting. I had dinner and breakfast in their lakefront dining room, was wonderful. I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Lake Como. Very convenient for ferry and bus

Nice hotel for a quick trip to Como. We did a room without a view and it was nice. We enjoyed dinner with a nice view on the balcony. The only wishes I have is that the front desk were a little more helpful. We asked about a transportation and were told the bare bones for into. Mostly had to figure it out ourselves, I also asked if there was a laundry mat (was told no) but upon walking the town found one less than 10 min away. Overall a nice stay and quiet town.

Perfectly located hotel with great ambience and helpful staff. Special shout out to Katya who helped us plan a detailed itinerary and cover several villas and gardens we had planned to see. Easy ferry location just outside the hotel!

Breakfast options and food quality were excellent. And the view of the lake while having breakfast was superb. We didn’t want to leave.

Room was ok, very dated and the Air conditioning didn’t work. Had to open windows to let air in. Very noisy at night with open window. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly. Would come back but would book a room with lake view not street side. Thank you

V disappointed. Stayed in room 12. I would not recommend this room PAY for the room upgrade. Mattress was thin and uncomfortable. 1 window Looked out over fire escape and the day befores cages of laundry the other window 3ft from double juggernaut motorway soooo noisy. The bathroom was v smelly. Lake view rooms looked massively better. A specific waitress with dark glasses at breakfast was just horrific. Judgmental, rude, no Customer service or hospitality we didn't have breakfast again because of this.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was a bit early in the busy season so things were quiet around the lake. Too early to swim and maintenance work going on at the hotel and on the roads.

One particular staff was amazing. Very helpful. Location was inconvenient for taxis

Washroom was clean. Room was mostly clean. Only thing was that dust collected super fast so I wonder if they vacuum. Location is right next to bus station. Views were beautiful

Fantastic stay! Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Ferry to Lake Como destinations 100 ft away. Funicular to Priga 5 minute walk - great hiking trails from Priga.
