Good location. Clean modern room. Got upgraded to a suite unexpectedly. Breakfast was very good. Didn’t use the spa. Staff were friendly and helpful. What’s not to like.

Fabulous hotel, facilities and staff. Beautiful view of the river and sitting on our balcony was lovely. Our room was spacious very clean and comfortable beds. Very well located for visiting the city and great transport hubs.

The room was very clean and welcoming. We had a small balcony which was unexpected. Our twin room had comfortable beds and air con and the balcony door could also open as a window. The mini bar was very reasonably priced and tea/coffee in the room too. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had fruit, cheese, cold meats, eggs, tea coffee, hot plates with an assortment of polish sausage and pierogi. Fantastic choice. We also ate in the restaurant one evening and had chicken with fondant potatoes which was delicious. The bathroom had everything required and was very tastefully decorated. The complimentary Spa was outstanding. Very helpful staff, pool, jacuzzi,steam room and sauna. I liked the location on the river BUT there is no way to walk alongside it into the main city. The city is approx 5/10 minutes walk through and underpass below a motorway. I highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to return

The hotel is located a short walk from the old town. The sleep was very good due to the complete silence of the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet was great, with many choices of high-quality ingredients.

The hotel was lovely and the staff helpful and friendly. The location was good with easy access to the Old Town and to the train station. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice. The room was serviced daily and towels replaced even without asking. The bed was very comfortable and there were no noise issues. The one thing that could have been improved on was to supply milk for the room. There was only creamer for coffee and no milk for tea. Even the reception desk was unable to supply milk so I had to purchase my own. There is a fridge in the room which I was able to use to keep the milk fresh. I would certainly return to this hotel if I was in Gdansk again.

Excellent stay; all staff were welcoming and friendly. Only eleven minute walk to the Old Town Square. Lots of choice at breakfast but if you're stuck, there's freshly cooked omelettes with fillings of your choice. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Overall the hotel stay was fine. The check in/out were quick and the room was spacious. The hotel premises was nice and clean, and the room was also mostly clean the carpet in the room was just a bit dirty appearing. My biggest complaint about the hotel is that a huge factor in our choice of hotel was the amenity of the sauna/spa/pool. It is not disclosed prior to booking that there are swimming lessons for 1-5 year old children for most of the day on Tuesday and Thursday plus one hour on Monday. It is incredibly loud and never ending and when our stay was only Mon and Tues when we went on Tuesday the spa was completely unpleasant. For a spa area that is meant to be peaceful and quiet it was a jungle, and the kids even went into the jacuzzi which they were not supposed to. Very unpleasant for hotel guests wanting to take advantage of the amenities we are paying for.
