We loved clean drinking water and AC with how hot it was.

It didn’t smell good and water in the shower did drain very well. Other things were pretty good.

The staff member was extremely friendly and helpful! She was very communicative and kind. The location is great— it’s in a cute neighborhood near some great cafes and restaurants. It is also a less than 15 minute walk to the metro. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe! The air conditioning was amazing in my room! The one big thing I will complain about is the bathroom’s cleanliness status. It looked clean, but there was an old urine smell and mildewy smell. Another thing, but smaller than the foul bathroom odor, is the upstairs neighbors had a heavy foot. I could hear and feel the vibrations of every footstep. I recommend wearing ear plugs and having some white noise on your phone to help with that noise. Again, no complaints at all about the staff; she was lovely!

The location was perfect…easy to walk everywhere. The room was unfortunately a little hot despite the air conditioning. They were accommodating with keeping our luggage after check out.

Good location and perfect for solo travelers.

Quiet and quite roomy. No atmosphere, but very close to the main tourist areas

We had a great stay at the property! It is a typical Roman apartment building, so there are multiple doors to enter with a combination of manual keys and electronic keys. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Great location

Proximity to Vatican City and tourist attractions. Room was clean, the shared kitchen included all utilities. Lady at the reception was very nice. The guesthouse is well heated during winter and quiet.

Nice room, nice staff, a little bit hard to find and had some mix communication with time frames. Make sure to get a reply back on messages!
