Excelente relación precio - valor

It was overall a good stay for us for its price. 2nd night, I woke up to a noise from the room in front of us so rooms are not sound proof. I can even hear someone running on the 2nd floor. There was no staff at the lobby when we checked out and we needed to leave so we just left the keys at the box.

I'd stay again

Room was clean and well organized. No concerns.

With all the flight problems I arrived at6 am only to find my room cancelled for no show, staff me get another room, thx

Everything was great and went smoothly.

Our stay at hotel was ok…. The place was clean but no coffee maker in the room….. yes we knew there was off on the first floor but it’s more convenient to make a cup in your room….. staff was ok….. could be more cheerful when checking someone in the hotel……. Nice location….. few feet from Waffle House and food was amazing…. Close to crackle barrel as well within minutes we were at Ruby falls…… loved it ….. good walking exercise….

Clean room and friendly staff

We stood at the front desk for 15 mins before the attendant arrived to check us in, only arriving after we called the hotel, the room had cigarette burns on the curtains, blood drops on the bedspread, a balled up wet, used washcloth in the shower, hair in the shower and on the sink basin, stains on the white sheets. The bathroom door was broken in half. The agent asked if we wanted to change rooms but he then confirmed he was not sure of any rooms were better. He declined our request for a refund if we decided not to stay.
