The staff was extremely helpful when needed. The breakfast was plentiful. It’s close to restaurants and the train station.

It was a good stay overall

Very good for the organs staffs were super

Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Croydon. Good value for money

Great location. Walking distance to transport links. Room was clean and good size.. Only issue is the water in the shower was warm not hot as I'd like. 2nd stay here

Hotel has a duty of care for all occupants.

Staff are so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed with them for the London Marathon. They made me a special meal on the Saturday night ahead of the marathon, left me a good luck message and some Lucozade in my room and when I left even gave me a couple of small bottles of Prosecco to say “congratulations” 💙 Even opened breakfast early for me on the Sunday so I could eat before I had to head off. Made me feel at home all weekend!!! Bed was super comfy too.

The cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired there was an awful smell near the toilet

We liked the location and ease of checking in. The bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean Restaurant could do with more support as food ordered was wrong (Thai green chicken curry instead of vegetarian) and my partner had to wait whilst my food was cooked again
