Glorietta Bay Inn Coronado Island

We stayed on the 2nd floor with great views. The only hard part is there is no elevator so we had to pay the staff to carry our luggage up! They were more than willing to assist. There is a mold smell in the room. We couldn’t identify the source but if you’re sensitive it wouldn’t be the right fit. The property is beautiful and a great location on the island

Rooms are small and dark with no A/C, but very clean and completely adequate for a short stay. The location was perfect for strolling the streets, staff was very helpful, especially Raj at the front desk, and the buffet breakfast was lovely. Free parking was a plus!

Location is good. This is a two star hotel. Mold in shower. Dirty stained carpet. AC didn't work. Umbrella by pool side broke almost hitting someone. Breakfast area full of bird poop. Not enough parking at night so you drive around looking for street parking. $40/day resort fee is a joke - there is no resort.

Great location. Free breakfast is great. The rooms are very tired and in need of updating. Great staff.

Room was dirty. Staff unhelpful. No supervisor on duty to help. Room smoke alarm went off several times.

Great stay. Friendly staff and nice amenities. We even received a cute, reusable 4th of July commemorative bag with snacks, water and patriotic sunglasses.

Gorgeous Hotel. Awesome breakfast and a very nice accommodating staff. We loved it.

Avoid at all costs! A rundown, noisy nightmare.I live right around the corner and stayed here to escape home construction, expecting a restful night. Instead, it was an absolute nightmare. The Room: The inside is completely rundown, filthy, and nasty. It looks fine from the outside, but don't be fooled. The Noise: Upstairs guests dragged chairs across the floor all night, and neighbors talked loudly through paper-thin walls. The noise was so unbearable I literally had to leave and sleep in my car in the parking lot. Management can easily verify this by checking their security cameras—if they even have them. The Layout: You have to haul your own luggage through a ridiculous maze just to find your room. For the high price they charge, this place is an overpriced, unmanaged disaster. Save your money and stay anywhere else. I will be telling everyone I know never to step foot in here!

Great place that is centrally located to many restaurants that you can walk to. The staff was very helpful and treated us with open arms. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location and friendliest staff! Will stay again if in the area.
