Basic. Glad we only stayed one night.

We love it there

Checking in was great as Sabrina helped us when we checked in early with numerous items of luggage! Apartment was massive and aircon was good too. Good location to walk to several restaurants which is a pleasant change!

Nice place

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be coming back in the future. They have so many fun activities for the kids, indoor and outside. The amenities themselves made me want to stay in rather than go out. Overall a great place!

Rooms are outdated and look nothing like the pictures. The flooring is old tile, that bathrooms are old and outdated. Cracks in the tubs, no conditioner was refilled. Loud knocking noise early in the morning. Ice maker didn’t work. Be aware, there is no elevators. Our room was on the third floor. Found multiple nat bugs in the rooms.

The location is super convenient. It’s a very short, easy drive to the Disney World Parks, which is great. The amenities are honestly nice. The property itself is pretty great. The staff were kind and accommodating. This is a cashless resort...credit/debit card only, and it must be in the name of the person who booked the reservation, of course. Be ready to fork over a $25.00 per night (plus tax) resort fee. It is completely non-refundable. This covers your access to things like wifi, parking, the gym, the pool, etc. They also require a $200.00 security deposit upfront; this is in addition to the per day resort fee that's also due up front. My actual stay was from June 9th to June 12th. A quick, three-night vacation. Yet, I won’t see my $200.00 deposit again until July 9th. Yes, you read that correctly. A full calendar month. When asked at check-in, the resort does communicate upfront that it takes "approximately 14 business days" to get your deposit back. My bank indicates the resort released the hold but explicitly slapped a July 9th expiration date on it, meaning my bank won't release the hold on my funds until July 9th. The resort indicates that they released it on June 13th with absolutely no hold expiration date. If you decide to stay here, just pretend your $200.00 deposit is a charitable contribution you are making for a month. If you don't mind your money taking a scenic, four-week detour through the financial twilight zone, you’ll have a great time!
