超讚 The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were even upgraded to a larger room at no cost when they found out it was our anniversary! The room itself was well appointed time t and the king size bed. Dry comfortable. We also went to the in-hotel bar and restaurant and found the service and staff just as friendly and helpful! Great place to stay in the Financjal district!

Shower had mold. No decent place to put things down in the bathroom - shelves above toilet? Dangerous spot to have things fall into toilet and too high up. Sink sprayed water everywhere. Just overall you can tell it’s time for a renovation

Lovely room, great amenities (including welcome prosecco). But the real stars of this hotel are the staff. We had to hunker down and cancel plans because of the storm and everyone was so accommodating and understanding. We were also celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond for us. I want to give a special thanks to the front desk staff including Angel, Micelle, and Simon - you guys were truly wonderful.
