The sink was partially blocked, the shower was scalding with no way to turn it down, the shower curtain was hanging off.

It was cheap, but the hotel needs complete refit. dirty, very mouldy bathroom. very thin sheets/pillows. dead moth in the coffee cup. air con stuck on 18. wouldn't stay again.

Staff were terrible

The name Ramada by Wyndham North M1, was out of this world terrible and horrible.. The name and photos posted certainly a deception and does not reflect the standards This property is a motel truck stops for travellers travelling long distance that needed an overnight stay . The property has no air conditioning and had bugs crawling over the sheets. It was a nightmare. My 84 year old mother had to keep on her mask as she is asthmatic. We did not sleep that night and could not wait to exit the property. I originally booked for 5 nights but stayed only (1) night due to the heat in the room, the smell of tobacco/cigarettes and worse of all bugs crawling all over. ( I have the video of the bugs crawling all over the sheets) Never again.

Room dated but adequate. On the london gateway services stop so ideal for visit to centre of london. Price is miles cheaper than central london.

Property was clean but very dated but the staff were very helpful.

The staff were friendly, the price was reaaonable but both my partner and i arrived at the room to find ants forming on the table side. Whilst sleeping we kept waking up to ants crawling on us. Upon checking out and informing the staff member all he had to say was sorry and thankyou for letting us know so we can prepare an exterminator for future guests. Bo offer of compensation of any sort. A mixed experience overall
