The air conditioning was next to useless. We thought that getting a hotel would be a break from the hostels and useless air-conditioning around Italy. That was not the case. The air conditioning was awful and while they said it existed and I believe them that it existed, it did nothing and we were still very hot trying to sleep. The rest of the property was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. But the air-conditioning was useless.

Tv didn’t work, toilet kept refilling all night. No bar in the hotel, one beer in the mini bar and it was €250.

Pretty average hotel. I was not offered any VIP perk. Property rooms need thorough refurbishment.

Nice stay. Rooms very dated but so is Rome so not a big deal. Ridiculously small shower and im not massive! Location is great if you dont mind a walk...nice and quiet which is nice after a full day in the centre of Rome.
