Old building but clean and comfy enough. Great for the price and location.

Great value for the money.

Upon arrival at 2:30 advised room was not ready, although check in 2pm not advised previously. No car parks. The ones available were too small to get a car. I asked if there were any rooms avail in their other property as I have previously stayed there before - told no. However Wotif had 6 avail. Advised they were “deep cleaning” so would be another 1/2hr so I waited. 15 mins later advised it was ready. Deep clean - well they left the live cockroaches which they clearly didn’t deep clean anything. I’ve stayed here a few times as it’s close to mcg and aami for convenience. I’ve stayed in $15 a night hostels in some dodgy places that are so much better than this place. Never again. Service Terrible. Also the room opposite the was open all day and night so heard people coming and go. Looked like a half way house, dirty dishes and clothes over the place and couch up flipped. Terrible don’t even want to give it one star

Great location, comfortable bed. Don’t expect luxury accommodation though. Very dated with peeling paint, power boards and extension cords everywhere. Prices are good. You get what you pay for.

Great location and affordable however the property is filthy. Even after getting them to come back and clean the shower the whole place was extremely dirty!

Do not stay at this property. We had to leave and they are niw not giving a refund

Very simple property but everything needed for a quick overnight stay including free parking, reasonable bed and basic furnishings.

Location and cost were very good. Quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to shops in Richmond, the MCG and public transport. Apartment was a good size and bed comfortable. Negatives were the very dated and uncomfortable couch, dirty window ledge in the bathroom (covered in loose dirt) limited toiletries. Overall I would stay again as the location is great.

Rooms were not as described nothing like the photos. It was Unclean, smelt and no hot water.

Was a great location. Easy check-in and friendly staff. But you can hear EVERYTHING from neighbours all around. There was a mother and daughter fighting for over 30 minutes. A baby screaming throughout the night. Parking was great the first night but upon return the second night, it was quite full so had to squish in the corner. Lots of rubbish out in the carpark area.
