We recently had a weekend getaway with family including young child, it was perfect. Resort had alll amenities for a relaxing getaway. Complimentary buffet breakfast had wide variety which was delicious. Everything we ate from the two resort restaurants was delicious. The pool is on the smaller side but clean with lifeguard available. The beach view is the highlight. There were private weddings and event happening on the beach side which kept environment lively. Private beach access basically had the whole beach to ourselves, though take caution in the waters as the sea is pretty rough. Spa and gym available. Kids Activities, bicycling and pedal boating available at extra cost. MGM size world theme park was right next to the building is an optional activity for children. Buggy ride available on request. All service staff were polite and helpful

The rooms are dilapidated and not up to standard Very disappointed There are multiple options in the same price range offering much better experience

Staffs are amazing, although they are stretched thin they try their best to help out, but the resort is full of bugs and dogs. And no AC in the restaurant..

Generally a great value and a satisfying hotel experience. Only bit of irritation was that I could not get an Uber to come directly to the property for pick up. Instead, I had to walk about 300 m to a pickup location. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel but it was irritating.

If you think this is part of MGM group, it is NOT. It is a local MGM group that has taken the global brand and monetizing on it. The property by itself is not really bad. But they rate themselves as MGM global brand and charge premium like a 5 star Hotels and that is where the problem is. If they charge 1000 - 2000 rupees, $20 - $50 per night, it is not bad. But anything more than $100 per night is too much for this place. I actually wanted to cancel my second night. But the hotel did not allow that. They tried to upgrade and provided a few freebies. But in spite of all these, I would never stay there again.

It was worst stay room smells badly Room cleanness was not good Room was like godown We booked 5 room all was very small 204 205 305 307 304 was the room no Don’t take these room number in this resort Battery car shuttle came only at check out time rest of the time they didn’t come . After requesting many time also they didn’t come very bad Experinace with my family .

Had trouble getting room on time, as the front office was allowing the rooms to be given to us, to be occupied by guests who should have checked out by noon. Got room after 5 hours of waiting. That too after literally shouting at the reception. They should be advised to follow rules. A lot of power cuts, so the ac would go on and off all the time.It would not switch on automatically. Rooms have no hanging space to dry sweaty or wet clothes. Should provide some rods and hooks.

Very good stay other then the fact that for same price one room is double the size then other . They should give much lower price for smaller room which was extremely cramped. Otherwise beautiful location on the ocean and very good service.
