Stayed for three nights.. first night we ran into problems. The pillows are the worst I’ve ever slept on.. the shower is a shower head over the bath situated in the middle of the bath so the water has no choice but to spill onto the ground. The toilet kept filling so constant noise from it and when you did flush it, the water came out over your feet. We had booked a superior double, which we didn’t get. The TV didn’t work at all. Rooms are very dated. Because of all these problems they eventually moved us into another room which was bigger but still not great. Probably one of the more disappointing hotel stays I’ve experienced.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been in rude staff dirty rooms broken furniture and bathrooms where filthy. Absolutely terrible

Everything was great at the hotel. I only wish there had been a fridge in the room.

Location, location, location! If your aim in Vienna is to hang out at the Opera or museums, this hotel is a fantastic choice. The 71 tram stops just a few doors down and is a direct route to Karlsplatz and the Opera. I never had to wait more than 7 minutes for a tram and could travel back easily and safely at night in about 10 minutes. I admit i didn't spend much time at the hotel, but it was perfectly fine and suited my needs.

The Shower was broke? went down to the front desk two days in a row. Had reservations and needed to shower before going out. Had some one come on the second day that I reported it and he couldn't fix it. The offered me another room which I really had no time to pack my luggage and move to another room and was leaving the next day. they gave me a key to another room to shower.
