Room was basic but clean. Bed was ok.

Excellent hotel central for champions league final. Clean good breakfast.

When I booked I wasn’t told that the hotel was undergoing renovation. The breakfast was poor, cold scrambled egg, mini sausages floating in oil, orange juice from the machine looked like cloudy water, and all for 13 euros. I asked if I could have a kettle and was told I could rent one for 10€ per day, I told the concierge that I had one the last time I stayed, he told me the reason I didn’t get one was I booked through Expedia. I’ve used the ibis in hero Square three times now and every time it’s got worse. I go to Budapest three or four times a year it’s a lovely city but I definitely won’t be using the ibis in hero Square again.

Great staff, clean, and perfect location

Staff are the best thing about this hotel. The kindest and most welcoming staff especially the young man on reception during the day over the last few days

Rooms big enough and clean - comfy bed. Very convenient hotel for sightseeing. Quite noisey - very heavy doors that bang. If on first floor you hear the noise from restaurant, especially at breakfast service. Most staff happy & helpful

Good value

Room is too small and did not provide anything such as no tissue, no water, no coffee/tea bag etc…
