The staff were terrible. They were out of shampoo. The staff simply watched me struggle with the luggage cart and the broken doors. The hallways smelled.

The lobby appeared to be an ok establishment. Once we got off the elevator walking to our room we had a terrible odor and the room had the same (stale) odor inside. There were no shampoos or conditioners, just a bar of soap. Top it off we couldn’t even get a working key the night we stayed. We returned from an event late in the evening and tried to use our card didn’t work. I had to go to the front desk, reset card, and went up to find out still didn’t work!! The front desk person walked me to my room to use her master card to let me in and tried to activate more cards but zero worked so we had no way to get in and out of our room if both of us had to leave.

Staff was great! Pets are allowed to stay on first floor rooms. Very convenient location!

The receptionist was great. WiFi sucked and the room was dated but fine for one night.

The bed was awful! Squeaking so loud that I was afraid to wake my husband up every time I moved. I’d never come back.

It's an old and outdated property. The staff was a plus but everything else not that good
