This is a time-worn but well-loved property. That is the charm! You will spend a day or a week immersed in history.

The ryokan was beautiful and well maintained. The staff is exceptional. Breakfast was delicious. The private onsen on site was a huge bonus.

Nice authentic Japanese experience with the traditional food and accommodation. staff were very friendly.

Rooms are mostly on the second level. Not so appropriate for those who have problem climbing.

It was a unique property. All staff were exceptionally kind and friendly.

I thought was good hotel.but it was bit a dirty at some point.No ones want to stay there. I paid 20$ for the breakfast.it was wasted money.It’s not worth it as a price.never gonna go again

Unique experience in a well kept Ryokan. We enjoyed cycling around the town and checking out Japanese architecture. The breakfasts and dinner at the ryokan were exceptional traditional meals well worth the reasonable cost. Enjoyed the Japanese style bathing and peaceful environment

It’s got Long history. First thing that struck us was hmm .. the lack of guests. The staff that checked us in also served us dinner and breakfast. Luggage had to be lifted and carried not rolled on the tatami.

This was an amazing stay! Everyone should go! Everything exceeded all of my expectations. Get the breakfast, because it is an experience. Beautiful and worth every penny.

The location is very good. Staff are very nice. Comfortable room and tasty breakfast.
